Charleston Square has an on-site maintenance team to respond to maintenance inquiries. 

To request architectural approval (i.e. replacing a window, screen door, or making repairs or improvements in your unit that may affect the common area elements or the structure of the building), please email the board with a detailed proposal of your plans.
