November 2018: URGENT: GEORGIA POWER TREE CUTTING!
Georgia Power is still in the process of cutting down the trees on Kingsport Drive. Please make sure to avoid parking on the city parking spots along Kingsport so that Georgia Power can quickly and efficiently carry out this project.
October 2018: URGENT: GEORGIA POWER TREE CUTTING!
Georgia Power will be returning to cut the remaining trees along Kingsport Drive that intersect with the power lines. More information will be forthcoming.
September 18, 2018: URGENT: GEORGIA POWER TREE CUTTING!
Georgia Power has issued an emergency work order to remove all trees along Kingsport Drive. All vehicles parked on Kingsport Drive will need to be moved by 6:30AM, Wednesday, 09/19/18. Failure to do so may lead to your car being towed at the owner’s expense. The estimated completion date of this project is 09/21/2018. Please reach out to the Board with any questions.
September 2018: *NEW* Renting your Unit?
The community is at rental capacity. No other units will be permitted to rent until the current units in Open Leasing Status revert back to owner-occupied units. In accordance with the community’s bylaws, the Board of Directors is asking each owner with a rental unit to register his or her unit with the Board. Each unit owner that is currently renting out his or her unit must register their unit with the board on or before January 1, 2019. If you have already registered with our previous management company, please resubmit a copy of your lease and we will add you to our list of approved units. Failure to properly register your unit will result in the revocation of your rental privileges and a monthly fine of $750 for every month a unit is rented out without Board permission..
In order to successfully register your unit as a rental, you must email the board at firstname.lastname@example.org to request and submit the following:
----Signed and completed copy of the Rental Request Form (available via email);
----Written copy of the lease; and
----Proof of homeowner’s insurance for your unit.
